Please note that all glass is made to order. If you have specific requests for your piece, I’d be happy to accommodate. Frequently asked requests are adding a fly to the mouth, adjusting color density to make the piece darker or lighter, regional or sex based morphology (male or female fish, coloring from certain isolated populations), exc.

Fulfillment Policies

Lead Times

All pieces are made to order. Due to various factors such as previous pending orders, studio equipment breakdown, and team availability (they have day jobs and families), we are often unable to start your piece right away. We always have a wait list, and your piece will go on it. Wait times average about 8 weeks from order placement to tracking number, but can sometimes stretch as long as 16 weeks depending on the factors listed above. If you need your piece sooner due to a gift deadline or something similar, let me know as we can always work a long weekend and put in some overtime to make it work.

Return, Refund, and Cancellation

Because each piece is made to order, we are often unable to provide a full refund for any work. Even if we are still weeks out from starting your piece, I usually have invested studio recourses dedicated to your piece already. I pre-make the fins, order special color, and often buy tools specifically for a certain order. If you have to cancel and do not want the piece, we can discuss a refund minus $1000 for opportunity cost and expended recourses.

No returns are accepted, as the risk of breaking on the return journey is too high.
